Abstract

The article explores the role of gaming technologies in fostering primary concepts of financial culture in preschool children. Special attention is paid to the integration of educational practices in preschool organizations with family traditions, which ensure the continuity of value systems. Specific gaming methods and forms of interaction with the family are presented, aimed at helping children master basic economic concepts based on their personal and family experience. The practical significance of the work lies in the description of gaming modules, mini‑game scenarios, and tools for engaging parents, adapted for different age subgroups of preschoolers, as well as in the criteria for assessing the dynamics of the formation of elementary economic concepts. The materials in the article can be used by teachers in preschool educational institutions when designing the educational environment and developing thematic weeks on financial literacy.
